World’s Biggest Problem: Air Pollution

 

Today, you can see that acid rains are increasing dangerous conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, upper respiratory failure, cancer. The most common and main reason for this is air pollution. Air pollution is a consequence that jeopardizes the health of people and nature and needs to be prevented urgently. There are many reasons for the formation of air pollution. But the common cause is pollutants. According to the characteristics of the pollutants, the damage to living things varies.

Normally, the natural balance needs to clean the nature. However, this event is due to the fact that people disturb  balancein yhe nature. According to different sources, the disruption of this balance first started in developed countries. With this deterioration, environmental problems began to emerge on environmental issues. People became conscious over time and started to react. According to Cemalettin Şahin, this problem became a problem in Türkiye after 1960. I started to come to an end. This is because of the polluted air. Even; After that day, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization was established and relevant lectures have been given. Air pollution can occur for many reasons. These can be examined under two main headings. These are natural and artificial causes. Natural causes can be volcanic eruptions of volcanoes, natural forest fires, etc. The rate of these are much less than artificial causes. However, these natural causes can be solved with balancing. However the main cause of air pollution is artificial causes. Artificial causes are the result of what people do.

With the artificial reasons, the most common problem arises as a result of the use of fossil fuels. These fossil fuels can be used for heating. The reasons why we are harmed by heating with fossil fuels; is lack of maintenance, It could be the use of wrong techniques.

           In addition, one of the biggest things that create air pollution is industrial waste. Smoke from the factory pollutes the air. These fumes are obtained from fuels burned to meet the energy needs of the factory. It is a fact that factories are needed for  development and development of countries. But workplaces should take the necessary precautions  to avoid polluting the air. They  can do this by installing filter systems, recycling, and using technology.

 Another artificial reason is the pollution caused by motor vehicles. According to the sources, half of the air pollution consists of these motor vehicles. The reason why vehicles cause so much air pollution is that they are not maintained and the engines are quite old.

According to the data of the World Health Organization, 9 out of every 10 people in the world are exposed to air pollution. The basis of this air pollution problem in the world is carbon dioxide emission. The increasing use of fossil fuels after the industrial revolution was also the main reason for this. The countries with the highest carbon dioxide emissions were the USA, China and Russia, respectively.

 

As a result, the most important thing we need to do to get rid of air pollution as humanity needs to take precautions by being conscious about it.
